SEALANT LAYER ON FOIL: Film or heat seal lacquer based on the type of substrates it is intended to seal.
The type of sealant are: PRINTING AND LACQUER COATING: Printed as per text, layout and shade approved by customer. (In case of printed foil, the printed surface is laminated to board paper thru wax lamination). Printing inks and lacquer coatings can withstand 180°C for 1 s dwell time.
PAPER TYPE & GSM: Duplex board, 260 ± 3% and/or 410 ± 3%
LAMINATION WAX GSM: 10 — 15
TOTAL THICKNESS OF WADS: 0.5 mm or 1 mm as specified by the customer
DIAMETER: As per customer requirement
IDENTIFICATION: The precut wads shall be packed as stacked bundles of 100 pieces are supplied in corrugated boxes. The box shall be identified with a sticker with wad specification, thickness, diameter, Net weight, Gross weight & Date of manufacture.
